The Ward

Know your limitations. Then blast right past them as fast and hard as you can smiling at them as you go by.

The idea for The Insanity Ward was born out of a number of things. First, it was a place for me to log my Insanity journey, weight loss progress, diet and thoughts in a way that didn’t overwhelm my personal blog where I blogged all 63 days of my first Insanity journey as well as my diet for almost all 63 days of Insanity.

Second, it is a place where I can address some questions that were asked of me the first time I completed Insanity. A lot of folks had a lot of questions, some of which were asked, some not, that I think can still be addressed or even addressed better. This site gives me that platform. I do not pretend to be an expert in anything, but I know what the program has done for me along with proper diet and paying attention to my nutrition. I hope that I can offer something in the way of good information or even motivation for anyone that is in the throws of Insanity now or would like to be.

Third, it is a way for me to give back out of the blessing I have received through Insanity. Yes, I feel blessed to have my health back. And while, as of the time of this writing, I am not yet at my overall goal I still feel extremely blessed that I have gained so much of my life back in just the last two months that I believe it would be a shame to not share that with others.

If there is one thing that Insanity has taught me it is that there really are no limits to what you can accomplish if you are willing to blow right past any limitations you have set for yourself and dig deeper. Sometimes that will hurt. Often times it will be uncomfortable. But it will always, always, yield incredible results. So what’s stopping you from reaching deep within yourself and pulling out the best you that you can be? What can you be doing right now to make yourself better?

Hopefully the information you find here can help you address those questions and many others you might have.
